  • Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance and manage leave requests efficiently.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payrolls of all employees and coordinate with the accounts department for processing payroll accurately and on time.
  • Purchase and Inventory Management: Oversee procurement processes and maintain inventory levels as per organizational requirements.
  • HR Management: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Personnel Management: Maintain employee records, handle employee grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Billing and Fees Collection: Supervise billing processes and ensure timely collection of fees from clients or customers.
  • Accounts and Cash Management: Handle financial transactions, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Front Office and Telecommunication: Manage front desk operations and oversee telecommunication systems.
  • Canteen Management: Supervise the canteen team to ensure the preparation of adequate food for staff and students.
  • Library Management: Oversee library operations, including the availability of books, journals, and articles according to established norms.
  • Commercial Management: Manage commercial activities related to the gym facilities.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

  • Critical thinking
  • Working knowledge in MS

Qualification:

  • Any UG or PG degree
  • 8-15 Years experience

Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Associate/Executive should be responsible for generating leads, follow up and sell 12 – 15 MDP’s programs identified by the Institute.
  • Meet the Human Resource / Managers for promoting ALPS as an Outbound training for their employees, also identify the in-house training requirements of Companies and disseminate the information to the Director and MDP Head.
  • Coordinate with PRC for creating marketing collaterals.
  • Develop Strategic plans for promoting International MBA programs and oversee the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate internally for information and creation of publishing, marketing material and externally with press & media.

Required Skills:

Admin Executive

  • Admission Process: Oversee the admission process as needed, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks related to student enrolment.
  • Students’ Life Cycle Management: Manage the entire life cycle of students, from admission to graduation, including maintaining records, addressing student inquiries, and providing necessary support.
  • Front Office Management: Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls/messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and assist in organizing various events, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, including logistical arrangements, promotional activities, and participant registration.
  • Preparation of semester timetable with the guidance of program coordinator and preparation of student attendance sheet.
  • Preparing Bonafide, fees structure, internship & LOR for students
  • Preparing invite letters for guest faculty- (domestic) and coordinate with them.
  • Preparation of internal note for remuneration.
  • Coordinating with faculty from International Partners- issuance of invite letters, coordinate with them for arrival to India and orient and facilitate for classes.
  • Assist exam coordinator for preparation of time table and conduct of the exams.
  • CGPA working, Grades to the partner University and maintain files
  • Grade- transcript preparation and sending to partner university after consulting with the program and exam coordinator.
  • Organizing selection of elective paper and additional course selection and fees under the guidance of Program coordinator
  • Maintain Student record: Academic activities- (Academic Schedule, Time table, tutor ward meeting minutes, Class committee meeting minutes etc.,
