USHABEN CHANDRAKANT THAKAR WOMEN’S COLLEGE” from the academic session 2013-14 after receiving the recognition from the concerned authorities of Govt. of Maharashtra & RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. Since long there was a need for Girl’s Senior College in Quetta Colony area, with all amenities with full security for girls and pleasant education environment for Higher Education of Girls.

Qualification:
i) Ph.D. degree;
ii) Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of at least fifteen years of teaching/research in Universities Colleges and other institutions of higher education;
iii) A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals; and
iv) A minimum of 110 Research Score as per Appendix II, Table 2 of Direction No. 20 of 2019 and Govt. Resolution dated 8th March 2019.
v) A person who is already approved full-time Principal is eligible for an appointment in another college without requiring to have the above qualification.

- Candidate should complete their PG /Ph.D./NET/SLET in relevant discipline
- Candidate should have Good Communication Skill

- Have a good Publication record
Tenure: A College Principal shall be appointed for a period of five years, extendable for another term of five years on the basis of performance assessment by a Committee appointed by the University, constituted as per Rules.
