Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Finance Management:

- Master’s Degree in Finance Management with experience in modern financial management techniques like accrual method of accounting or conversant using it in management functions in Universities or Higher Education Institutions.
- Charted Accounts or Institute of Cost Accountants of India or Master of Business Administration (Finance).
- Good working knowledge of rules and regulations of Central Universities, Research and Development institutions relating to accounts or audit, service conditions and related financial matters.
- Five years of experience in managing accounting systems in autonomous institutions or State Government or Central Government.

- A visionary with proven leadership qualities, administrative capabilities as well as teaching and research credentials
- Having outstanding academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years’ experience as Professor in a University or 10 years’ of experience in a reputed research and/or academic administrative organisation with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership or having 10 years’ experience at senior management level in the field of aviation education, aviation research, airline or airport administration, airport management or airlines
