Essential Qualifications:
For Social Science and Science (as per first statutes/UGC norms):
- Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system in at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University.
- Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses(i) and (ii) to this Clause I, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grant Commission (Minimum Standars and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum elifibility condition of NET/SLET.SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor of equivalent positions in Univsersities/Colleges/Institutions.
- NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.
For Computer Science & Information Technology (as per first statutes/UGC/AICTE norms):
- Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system in at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University.
OR - B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology or relevant branch, and M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology or relevant specialization, preferably with First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level, as prescribed by the applicable AICTE/university regulations.
For B.Pharm (as per first statutes/UGC/PCI norms):
- First Class B.Pharm+ M.Pharm in the appropriate branch/specialization of Pharmacy.
- The B.Pharm and M.Pharm qualifications should be PCI recognized.
- A PCI-recognized Pharm.D holder can also be eligible for Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
Job Location: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh
Pay Scale: The Guest Faculty shall be paid honorarium of Rs. 1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred Only) per Lecture and Maximum 50000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) per month as decided by Finance Committee and Approved by Executive Council.
