Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Management with first class in MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute/university. If suitable candidates with PhD are not available, candidates with first class MBA or equivalent degree having adequate industry and academic experience would be considered.
Job Location: Rourkela, Odisha
Pay Scale: Consolidated pay of Rs. 70,900/- per month for candidates with a Ph. D. degree and Rs. 57,700/- per month for candidates without a Ph. D. degree. The remuneration to Ph.D. Thesis submitted candidates will be Rs. 57,700/-, however after the award of Ph.D. degree, the candidate may be eligible for Rs. 70,900/- per month, subject to approval of the competent authority.
Period of engagement: Autumn 2025 semester. This may further be extended based on the performance of the candidate and requirement of the department.
