- MSc (CS), MSc (IT), MCA, or an equivalent non-technical master’s degree in a relevant area with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks, along with a valid GATE, NET, or SLET score in CS/IT; OR
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or an equivalent relevant area with a minimum CPI of 7.0 or 65% marks, along with a valid GATE, NET, or SLET score in CS/IT.

Project Duration: 36 months
Stipend and Financial Support: Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹37,000 per month for the first two years and ₹42,000 per month for the third year from the project fund, subject to availability of funds and the validity of the project. If hostel accommodation provided by IIITG is unavailable, candidates will receive HRA for the duration of their engagement under the project. Candidates are also entitled to reimbursement of OPD expenses up to ₹5,000 per academic year (August-July).
