Qualification:
- Professors: Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record and a minimum of 10 years post Ph.D. experience, of which, at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc, IIMs, and IISER or at an equivalent Indian or foreign institution/ institutions of comparable standards. Should have relevant high teaching, research, training, and consulting credentials.
- Associate Professor: Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of six years of relevant post-Ph.D. teaching/ research/ industry experience, of which, at least three years
should be at the level of Assistant Professors or equivalent. - Assistant Professor Grade I: Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years of relevant post-Ph.D. teaching/ research/ industrial experience.
- Assistant Professor Grade II (Contract): Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
