- Computer Science and Engineering: M.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent. Both Graduation & M.Tech should be with First Class or Equivalent Grade.
- Electronics and Communication Engineering: Ph.D. in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Both Graduation & M.Tech should be with First Class or Equivalent Grade.
- Humanities and Social Sciences Minimum qualification: BA in English & MA English or equivalent.

Pay Scale:
Rs. 70,000/- per Month: Ph.D. Holders (Ph.D. Thesis submitted)
Rs. 60,000/- per Month: Non-PhD Holders
