Job Title: Manager cum Admission Officer

Roles and responsibilities:-
- To facilitate the entire admission process and addressing the queries with the prospective parents.
- Achieve the designated targets.
- Maintain all related required information regarding the institution and be updated with all institution activities/events for sharing of the same with prospective parents as one point of contact.
- Collecting and maintaining database from Schools and other sources.
- Contacting prospective parents via emails and cold calls.
- Branding the College Image and market with a view to gain quality admissions for the College
- Planning various marketing activities and strategies to obtain visibility for the institution.
- Coordinating all administrative processes
- Perform functions like planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Any degree / MBA preferable.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills and verbal & written expression (South Zone Regional Language is Mandatory). Convey information effectively to others.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Should have a better understanding of the market trend in education, concepts in marketing, public relations, and advertising.
- Should possess quick and quality implementation capabilities.
- Good at teamwork and understanding team dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Should be Comfortable in Travelling & Own Personal Transport.
- Previous Experience as Manager cum Admission Officer / Coordinator would be an added advantage.
