Eligibility Condition:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the respective subject/language from any recognized University.
- B.Ed or B.T of any recognized university
- Should have studied the particular regional language (Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam) as one of the subjects in the Secondary In respect of schools with the medium of Instruction in French, should have studied Brevet Elementaire de Francais. However, this qualification is not required for the Trained Graduate Teacher in the discipline of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and French as these languages are the regional languages of the Union Territory of Puducherry.
- Should have obtained the minimum qualifying marks in Paper-II of TNTET/KTET/APTET/CTET as prescribed below
- General Category/EWS- 60% (90 marks)
- OBC/MBC/EBC/BCM-55% (82 marks)
- SC/ST/BT/PwBD- 50% (75 marks)
