Essential Qualifications:

• For Associate Professor and Programme Coordinator (Associate Professor) posts, candidates need a good academic record with a Ph.D. in the concerned or allied discipline, along with a Master’s degree in English, Commerce, Computer Science, or Mathematics with at least 55% marks.
• For Assistant Professor and Programme Coordinator (Assistant Professor) posts, candidates need a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 55% marks, along with a qualifying NET/SET score, or a Ph.D. awarded as per UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016 (with applicable exemption conditions), or a Ph.D. from a Foreign University ranked among the top 500 in the QS, THE, or ARWU World University Rankings.

Experience: Associate Professor and Programme Coordinator (Associate Professor) posts require a minimum of eight years of teaching and/or research experience equivalent to Assistant Professor level, with at least seven publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a research score of 75 as per Appendix II, Table 2.

Salary Details: Associate Professor and Programme Coordinator (Associate Professor) posts carry a fixed salary of Rs. 85,000 per month, while Assistant Professor and Programme Coordinator (Assistant Professor) posts carry a fixed salary of Rs. 60,000 per month.
