  • Research Assistant: Ph.D./M.Phil./NET/Postgraduate in any Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks
  • Field Investigator: Graduate in a Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks, along with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and translation in both Saora and Odia languages, and willingness to travel for fieldwork including rural/interior areas

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills in the Saora language for interacting with diverse stakeholders

Salary Details:

  • Research Assistant: Rs 37,000/- per month (as per ICSSR guidelines)
  • Field Investigator: Rs 20,000/- per month (as per ICSSR guidelines)
