Hiring Organization: Our education society, Vidarbha Bahu-Uddeshiya Shikshan Sanstha (VBSS), provides education across various fields such as Engineering & Technology, Science, Management, Architecture, and also in the Medical Sector. Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering and Technology (TGPCET), Nagpur a premier engineering institute in central India, has been accredited with an A+ Grade by NAAC, Bengaluru and also accredited by National Board of accreditation (NBA) for Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Programs in 2023. As per letter No.F.22-1/2017(AC) dated 7th December 2021, the University Grants Commission (UGC) conferred autonomous status on the institute, effective from the academic session 2021-22.
TGPCET offers a diverse range of academic programs, including 12 Undergraduate programs—10 in Engineering (B.Tech.), along with BBA and BCA—as well as 10 Postgraduate programs, comprising 8 in Engineering (M.Tech.) and MBA & MCA to meet industry demands. The institute also provides 6 Diploma programs in Engineering and operates a Skill Development Centre for government-approved schemes. Experience:
- Assistant Professor – Minimum 01 Years of Experience
- Associate Professor – Minimum 03 Years of Experience of which 02 years post Ph.D. experience.
- Professor of Practices (PoP)/Professor – Minimum 10 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.
- Registrar- Doctorate with 10+ yrs Experience in relevant field
- Dy. Registrar/ Assistant Registrar- Post Graduation with 2-5 years’ Experience
- Jr. Clerk/Sr. Clerk- Graduation with 2-5 years’ Experience & Knowledge of English & Marathi Typing in educational institution.
- Senior Accountant- Post Graduation with 5 Yrs Experience in relevant field
- Accountant Clerk- Post Graduation with 3 Yrs Experience in relevant field
- Librarian/ Assistant Librarian – Ph.D / M.Lib, NET/SET
- Technician – Graduation with Knowledge of Hardware & Networking with experience of 3-5 Yrs.
- Jr. Developer –Graduation, Required Jr. Developer with experience of 1-2 Years

Specialization Required: For teaching positions, candidates must possess a Ph.D. or a Postgraduate degree in the relevant field, in accordance with the specific requirements of the respective programs mentioned above. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience, research contributions, industry exposure, and expertise in emerging technologies relevant to the subject area.

The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. or a Postgraduate degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in the relevant field as per AICTE/UGC/University norms, with a preference for Ph.D. holders for senior positions.
