- Deputy Controller of Examinations: Ph.D. with at least 6 SCI / SCIE research publications and prior experience in examination cell
- Controller of Examinations: Ph.D. with publications and minimum 15 years of experience including 3 years as Deputy / Controller of Examinations
- Dean – Research: Ph.D. with minimum 15 years of experience including 5 years at Professor / Senior Academic Leader level

- Assistant Professor: As per AICTE norms
- Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years in Teaching / Research / Industry with at least 2 years post Ph.D.
- Professor: Minimum 10 years with at least 3 years at Associate Professor level
