Research Position: Project Head, Project team member
Essential Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Mechatronics / Automation / Robotics Engineering and M.E/M.Tech in Mechatronics / Automation / Robotics. PhD in Engineering (Mechatronics / Automation / Robotics) with Research Experience from any recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Qualifications: With a strong background in Automation/ Mechatronics/ Robotics
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or Java.
- Understanding of robotics frameworks like ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Knowledge of control systems theory and application.
- Experience with CAD software for designing mechanical components.
- Familiarity with electronic components and circuits.
- Ability to work with sensors and actuators.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms for robotics applications.
- Knowledge of mechatronics systems integration.
Project Management Skills:
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling using tools like Gantt charts.
- Budgeting and resource management skills.
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
