Accounts Officer
Salary and Other Emoluments:
- As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix, Level 6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1, 12,400)
- On campus accommodation will be provided. In case of unavailability of on-campus accommodation, HRA will be admissible.
Contractual: For a fixed term of three years including a probationary period of initial six months from the date of joining the Institute and this will not confer any right of permanence
Qualifications:
- Essential

- Graduate from a UGC recognised university with minimum 55% marks.
- Minimum five years’ of experience as stenographer/ Personal Secretary in a reputed firm or govt. office.
- Diploma/ certificate course from a reputed institute on subjects of stenography, shorthand, or related subjects.

- Good working knowledge of computer, especially MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Hindi / Devanagari Typing
- Good written and verbal communication.

Qualifications:
- Essential

- Commerce Graduate from a UGC recognized university with minimum 55% marks.
- A minimum of a 15 years of active accounts handling experience.

- Desirable

- MBA or M.Com. Degree from a UGC recognised university/ institute.
- Computer Knowledge of MS- Office, Tally-ERP 9, GST etc.
- Senior Auditor, Accounts Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer from Govt. Departments like Audit & Accounts, Defence Accounts, Civil Accounts, Railway Accounts, the Controller General of Def. Accounts and the Comptroller and Auditor General of India/ Director of Audit Def. Services etc. will be preferred.
