Job Summary
The Principal is the academic and administrative head of the CBSE-affiliated school, responsible for providing visionary leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, maintaining full compliance with CBSE norms, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and value driven school culture.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes for teaching and non teaching staff
- Maintain employee records, service books, attendance, and leave management systems
- Implement HR policies as per CBSE norms and school management guidelines
- Coordinate staff performance appraisals, increments, and confirmations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
