Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
Project Name : National Network Project of Department of Biotechnology, IIT Kharagpur, Visva Bharati Collaboration
Project Duration: 60 Months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier
Funding Agency: Department of Biotechnology Government of India, Ministry of Science and Technology, Block-3, 5th Floor, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110 003
Qualification:
1) Essential Qualification: M.Sc/ M.Tech in Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology or any branches of life sciences. Selected through a process described through any one of the following:
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC, NET, Including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR. IIT, IISc. IISER, NISER etc.
Fellowship:
- As per the junior research fellowship of DBT, Govt. Of India Rs. 37000/- per month plus admissible HRA as per DBT rules.
