Essential Qualifications: Candidates must hold a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG level, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with at least 7.5 CGPA or 70% marks, along with a B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or Electronics and Communication Engineering, and an M.Tech/M.E or equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering; alternatively, a B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or Artificial Intelligence also qualifies.

Desirable: Strong programming skills in C/C++, familiarity with Linux kernel networking or willingness to learn it, and prior research experience in networking, systems, or high-performance computing are preferred.

Age Limit: 30 years, with relaxation applicable as per institute rules for eligible candidates

Emoluments per month: Candidates selected through a National Eligibility Test such as CSIR-UGC NET or GATE will receive Rs. 37,000 plus 20% HRA, totalling Rs. 44,400, for the first two years, rising to Rs. 42,000 plus 20% HRA, totalling Rs. 50,400, in the third year upon successful assessment and upgradation to Senior Research Fellow (SRF); candidates without a National Eligibility Test will receive Rs. 30,000 plus 20% HRA, totalling Rs. 36,000, for the first two years, rising to Rs. 33,000 plus 20% HRA, totalling Rs. 39,600, in the third year upon upgradation to SRF.
