Essential Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in management, finance, commerce, economics or related field
- CA, CS, CMA with relevant experience may also apply
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a reputed management institution, think tank etc. with similar job profile as advertised
Desirable Qualification:
- M Phil / PhD in management, finance, commerce, economics or related field
- UGC NET / JRF in management, commerce, economics or related field
Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience in academic administration and research of post graduate and/or executive education programs
- Designing of post-graduate and/or executive education programs
- Marketing and delivering post-graduate and/or executive education programs
- Running executive education programs
- Published research papers / articles on the subject in reputed journals
2. Senior Consultant- School of Finance & Management
Essential Qualification:
- Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- CA, CS and CMA are also eligible.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum Experience of 3 years
- Prior Experience of Course Marketing and Administration (preferably online) is mandatory.
Desirable Experience:
- Online Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Blackboard
- Understanding of Finance and Management and contemporary issues related to it.
- Ability to prepare government files, proposals, approvals, understanding of GFR and related government rules.
- Sound digital knowledge – MS Office, emails, Canva, social media management
- Design and marketing of training programs, courses, research proposals etc related to mandate of School of Finance and Management
3. Research Associate (Academic), SoBE- HP PROJECT
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Sustainability / Environment / CSR / Law / Business Administration /
Economics / Commerce / Mass Communication / other relevant discipline with minimum
50% marks
Desirable Qualification:
- ESG / Sustainability / CSR / other relevant discipline
Essential Work Experience:
- Minimum one year’s work experience with Government / Academic Institution / Corporate / Think Tank / International Organization in the areas of Sustainability / Responsible Business.
Desirable Work Experience:
- Prior experience in academic administration or research
- Experience in Documentation, Communications and Marketing
