Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded Lecturer with an M.Tech qualification to contribute to teaching, academic coordination, and institutional development. The role includes delivering high-quality lectures, preparing academic content, assisting in research and proposal writing, and supporting the Director in daily academic and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions for iPMP (PG Level) and iPTP (Diploma Level).
- Develop course materials, teaching plans, and assessment tools.
- Assist in drafting project proposals, academic reports, and research documentation.
- Prepare presentations and academic content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Director in scheduling, academic planning, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Contribute to student mentoring, project guidance, and curriculum enhancement.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic committees, and institutional events.
Qualifications
- Tech with Electrical or Civil or Environment
- 1–3 years of teaching or research experience or industry experience preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good academic writing and proposal development ability.
- Proficient in preparing technical presentations and educational content.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, Spreadsheets, Presentations etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge for MATLAB/ CAD BIM/ Revit

Role Summary
The Lab Assistant – Electrical will support lab sessions, equipment handling, and technical maintenance for practical modules in electrical systems, energy efficiency, and renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain lab experiments related to electrical circuits, machines, control systems, and renewable energy.
- Assist faculty and students during lab work and practical classes.
- Ensure all electrical tools and instruments are calibrated, functional, and safe to use.
- Maintain inventory of lab equipment and consumables.
- Follow lab safety protocols and support compliance procedures.
- Help develop lab manuals and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant lab or workshop experience. Freshers with strong technical skills may be considered.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of solar PV, power electronics, and electrical safety.
- Experience with electrical testing tools and wiring practices.

Role Summary
The Lab Assistant – Environment will support lab operations for environmental science and sustainability modules, including sampling, testing, and equipment handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and support experiments related to air, water, and soil testing, as well as waste and pollution control.
- Operate lab instruments such as spectrophotometers, pH meters, and environmental sensors.
- Assist faculty and students with lab sessions and field data collection.
- Maintain logs, equipment records, and ensure proper sample handling.
- Manage inventory and ensure safety and compliance in lab procedures.
- Support preparation of lab documentation and learning material.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in an academic, industrial, or field lab. Freshers with strong lab exposure may apply.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of environmental testing protocols.
