Qualifications and Experience required:

1. Executive Director :
• Graduate with MBA Degree from llM, XLRI, IBS, or such other equivalent institute in India Abroad.
• Highly passionate for Education and Sports.
• Ability to communicate with and guide Schools’ Directors & Principals, on all issues related to maintaining a school and expansion.
• Skills in planning, administration, and growth of schools.
• Few years of experience of working in the education sector will be preferred.
Age: Not above 60 years.
2. DIRECTOR ACADEMICS, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
• Post-Graduation & B.Ed.
• Should have had at least 15 years of teaching experience and hold post of Principal I Vice Principal of a recognized Sr Sec School.
• Should have at least 5 years experience in Curriculum Development & Training of faculty & Non-Teaching Staff.
• Should be extremely well versed in latest computer applications related to education pedagogy.
• Preferred-Ph.D. in Education I Psychology.
Age: Not above 60 years.
3. DIRECTOR SPORTS: 
• Ph.D. Post-Graduation in Sports.
• National Level participation.
• HOD Sports of an institution for at least 10 years.
• Organized sporting events at State I National level.
• Knowledge about sports Physiotherapy & Injury.
Age: Not above 55 years.
4. DIRECTOR IT AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: 
• Post-Graduation from an accredited institution in Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
• 8-10 years experience in managing overall IT Infrastructure, software, and web applications.
• Knowledge of latest Educational Technology Systems Development, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Applications, ERP, Cloud Computing, Data Science & analysis, and Data backup.
• Experience in formulating & implementing IT policies & procedures with knowledge of license & compliances.
• Ability to develop curriculum for all classes in a school. Age: Not above 55 years.

Candidate Profile:
i. The candidates should complete PG/Ph.D. in relevant discipline
ii. The candidate should have good communication skills
iii. The candidate should have a passion for teaching and research
iv. Plan and implement educational activities and events.
v. Evaluate and document students’ progress.
