Educational and other qualifications:
Assistant Professor- NET/Ph.D. in relevant subjects and minimum two years of experience.
Associate Professor- NET/Ph.D. in relevant subjects and minimum five years of experience.
Professor- NET/Ph.D. in relevant subjects and over 10 years of experience at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.
- Should have good subject knowledge.
- Should have a regular degree Graduation and Post-Graduation.
- Should be able to develop and implement innovative teaching methods.
- Should be able to manage any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
- Effective Online and offline teaching skills.
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
- Presentation and Teaching Skills
- An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
