Qualification: Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields from a reputed institution, with an exemplary academic record throughout.

Experience:

• Assistant Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience
• Associate Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
• Professor – Minimum 10 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (ABDC A/A*, Scopus, FT50, WoS, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in securing research grants (national/international) is desirable.
• Experience in leading or participating in interdisciplinary or cross-sectoral research initiatives.
• Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and Consultancy will be considered.
• Faculty who can promote industry interaction, innovation, and entrepreneurship development will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality, original research in business and management disciplines
• Publish regularly in top-tier journals
• Lead and contribute to funded research projects, policy white papers, and working papers
• Mentor doctoral students and junior researchers
• Collaborate with industry, think tanks, and global institutions on applied research
• Participate in research seminars, conferences, and editorial activities
• Optionally contribute to curriculum development and deliver guest lectures
