About Workshop: Recent Trends in Optimization Techniques for Challenging Engineering Applications (Online) is being conducted by the School of Electronics Engineering (SENSE) at VIT-AP University, technical sponsored by IEEE Guntur Subsection, MathWorks and IEEE VIT-AP Student Branch for the faculty members, research scholars and industrialist.
This workshop focuses on advanced evolutionary optimization techniques to solve challenging engineering optimization problems. Participants will learn to apply advanced evolutionary optimization techniques to solve real-world research and industry problems. Hands-on training and practice sessions on analogue and digital VLSI circuits optimization, digital filters optimization, unknown system identification, synthesis of the antenna array, audio signal processing, optimization of neural network hyperparameters for antenna modelling, image segmentation, application of optimization technique to microwave engineering, fractional order PID controller design, etc. will help participants gain confidence on employing evolutionary optimization techniques to solve a wide range of optimization problems. Moreover, the workshop will provide essential knowledge and a platform for the participants to exchange ideas and information with distinguished speakers.
