About Event: These 21 days internship provided by Biosrishti (Registered Educational Service Organisation) will cover the in silico laboratory techniques from basics to advanced level.
Modules Covered
- Week 1 – Introduction to in silico biology, databases, sequence submission and retrieval
- Week 2 – Nucleotide sequence analysis – local, global, multiple and phylogeny
- Week 3 – In silico protein structure prediction, analysis and homology modelling
- Week 4 – Omics data analysis

Eligibility
Life sciences students/ scholars/ faculty from any branch can participate as the session is designed from basics to advanced level.
- There will be worksheets after each session.
- All the participants will be provided with an E-manual of the sessions.
