Job Title: Senior System & IT Administrator

Department: IT Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain overall systems and infrastructure at the university with complete oversight and coordination at the institutional level.
• Administer and support *ERP and LMS platforms* for academic, administrative, and online programmes.
• Oversee technical operations of *Online/ODL programmes*, including virtual classes, online examinations, and digital content delivery.
• Ensure data security, backups, system uptime, and regulatory compliance (UGC/DEB/NAAC).
• Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students, on use of institutional platforms and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and support digital transformation initiatives of the University.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in system administration, ERP/LMS management, preferably in a higher education institution.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, cyber security, cloud services, and online learning
