Qualification:
- MBA Specialization in HR and with 20+ years of experience (Min 10 years in Managerial level)
- Self-Motivated and result-driven with high ethical standards
- Having managed min 55+ employees preferably from the knowledge based service industry or Manufacturing Sector.
Candidate Profile:
i. The candidates should complete PG/Ph.D. in relevant discipline
ii. The candidate should have good communication skills, Computer knowledge will be an added advantage
iii. The candidate should have a passion for teaching and research
iv. Plan and implement educational activities and events.
v. Evaluate and document student’s progress.
