Job Title : Technical Trainer
Department: Training Department
Qualification: UG/PG degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Experience : Minimum 2 to 4 years, Software Development experience (min 2 years) in IT services and Product sector will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on competitive programming techniques, algorithms, and best practices.
- Expertise in programming languages such as C, C++. Java, Python, and JavaScript, etc.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in DSA, DBMS and Software Engineering and Development Methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Integration of SQL concepts into programming problem-solving scenarios.
Skillset required for Technical trainer
Familiarity with online coding platforms (e.g., CodeChef, LeetCode, HackerRank)
Expertise in the following Domain Technology
- Full Stack, Web & Mobile Application Development (MERN & MEAN)
- Data Analytics (Google certified)
- Salesforce
- Cloud (AWS)
- Networking certification (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
