Qualification and Experience:
Academic Advisor:
- Master’s Degree / Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in academic leadership, administration, and school management.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, examination management, affiliation procedures, and academic operations.
- Preferably Urdu-speaking with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Senior PGT (Physics, Math’s, English, Engineering, Tamil):
- Postgraduate Degree (M.Sc./M.A.) with B.Ed. and M.Ed. mandatory.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12).
- Strong communication and technical skills.
- Experienced in handling Class 10 and 12 Board Examinations.
TGT (All Subjects):
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with B.Ed.
- Good communication skills and strong technical proficiency.
- Subject expertise with ability to handle middle school and secondary classes confidently.
Art Teacher:
- Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts.
- Creative and innovative approach towards different art mediums and activities.
- Ability to organize art exhibitions, student projects, and competitions.
Computer Science / IT / AI Teachers:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.Sc.).
- Ability to teach CBSE and Cambridge International Curriculum (IGCSE, AS & A Level) Computer Science/IT subjects.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages: Python, Java, C++, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
- Updated knowledge of modern coding frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, Flask) and script technologies.
- Expertise in areas like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing preferred.
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge assessments, practical projects, coding competitions, hackathons.
