            Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Project Associate1(PA-1) under the Indo-German Science and Technology Centre (IGSTC) – Women Involvement in Science and Engineering Research (WISER) programme, jointly initiated by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), Government of Germany to be executed in the Department of Chemistry, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, Chennai-600089.

Name of the Post: Project Associate-1(PA 1)

Number of Positions: One (01)

Duration: 36 months

Title of the Project: Synergetic Rational Design and Machine Learning Analysis of ZrO₂–WO₃ Co-Doped Chitosan/GO Nanocomposite for Supercapacitor Applications

Essential Qualification:

• M.Sc. in Chemistry / Materials Science / Nanoscience & Nanotechnology or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Desirable Qualification:

• Experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials, electrochemical characterization, and materials analysis techniques.

Fellowship: ₹ 25,000/- per month + HRA ( as admissible)

Registration for Ph.D.: Selected candidate will be encouraged to register for Ph.D. at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
