Eligibility Criteria: As per Anna University / AICTE Norms
For Principal:
- Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university
- First Class or equivalent at UG and PG levels
- Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years at the level of Professor
- Strong administrative and leadership experience with proven academic excellence and research credentials
For Dean:
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10–15 years of academic experience, including leadership roles
- Experience in academic planning, curriculum development, research promotion. and institutional administration
IQAC Director:
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with exposure to accreditation and quality assurance processes
- Hands–on experience with NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and institutional ranking frameworks
- Ability to implement quality benchmarks, audits, and continuous improvement strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership
- Ensure compliance with Anna University, AICTE, NAAC, and other regulatory bodies
- Strengthen teaching–learning processes, research output, and institutional rankings
- Lead accreditation, quality assurance, and strategic development initiatives
- Foster industry collaboration and innovation
Salary & Benefits:
- Principal: 2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per month
- Dean / IQAC Director: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience (as per norms)
