Job Description :

The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for enhancing the employability, communication, and professional competencies of B.E./B.Tech students. The role focuses on preparing students for campus placements, corporate expectations, and overall personality development.

• Design and deliver structured soft skills and employability training programs for B.E./B.Tech students.
• Train students in presentation skills, group discussions, interview techniques, and mock interviews.
• Prepare students for campus recruitment through resume writing. LinkedIn profile development, and professional communication training.
• Develop corporate readiness modules aligned with industry expectations.
• Mentor students to enhance confidence, leadership, body language, and overall professional conduct.
• Support placement
