Research Position: Junior Research Fellow
Title of the project: Engineered Cementitious Composites: Tailored Solution for Abrasion- and Erosion-Resistant concrete for Hydraulic Infrastructure
Sponsoring/Funding Agency: Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)
Essential Qualifications: M.E/M.Tech in Structural Engineering or relevant area, Preference will be given for the candidates with Gate Score.
Desirable Qualifications: Strong foundational understanding of concrete, admixtures, and hydration mechanisms as well as mix design principles of fiber reinforced concrete, Expertise in Fracture mechanics of Concrete/ Abrasion-Erosion Testing of Concrete, Numerical modelling using Finite Element/ Discrete Element Method, Hands on experience in Statistical Data analysis, Material characterization (SEM, XRD, TGA).
Project Duration: 30 months
Stipend: Rs. 37,000 p.m. + HRA as per guidelines
