Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Pharmacy in any specialty.
- A minimum of 18 years of experience in teaching and administration is required.
- Extensive knowledge in research programs, NAAC accreditation, and academic and administrative processes is required.
- Lecturers/Assistant Professors: M.Pharm/Pharm.D with less than 5 years of experience.
- Associate Professors: M.Pharm/Pharm.D with or without a Ph.D., with more than 5 years of experience.
- Professors: M.Pharm/Pharm.D with a Ph.D. and more than 10 years of experience.
