Role Overview

The Associate Tech Lead / Technical Lead is responsible for guiding the technical team, driving high-quality software development, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role involves hands-on coding, architecture planning, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Oversee end-to-end technical execution and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior engineers.
• Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Conduct technical interviews and assist in team hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in [mention stack: Java / Python / .NET / Node.js / Angular / React, etc.].
• Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST APIs, and integration services.
• Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to performance tuning, security best practices, and scalable system design.

• Certifications in cloud, AI, architecture, or Cyber security (optional but beneficial).
