Recruitment of Junior Research Fellow- IIIT, Dharwad

Applications in the prescribed format are invited from Indian Nationals for a post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) sponsored research project under Core Research Grant (CRG). The details of the project and the post of recruitment are given below:

Title of project: Deep Learning Model for Autonomous Navigation on Indian Roads

Project Number: CRG/2022/003456 

Project Duration: 03 years or till the completion of project, whichever is earlier

Principal Investigator: Dr. Jagadish D N, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, IIIT Dharwad.

Co–Principal Investigator: Dr. Lakshman Mahto, Department of Humanities & Science, IIIT Dharwad

Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/– per month and after two years Rs. 35,000/– per month. Accommodation will be provided in the Institute.

Essential Qualification: First class (6.5 grades point out of 10) or 60% marks in B.E./B.Tech and M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Information Technology.

Desirable: Candidates with exposure in Machine Learning and python programming.

Age Limit: Not more than 28 years. Age relaxation as per SERB–DST, Gol norms.
