About College: Ramireddy Subbarami Reddy Engineering College, Kadanuthala, was started in 2008 under auspices of RAMIREDDY SUBBARAMI REDDY EDUCATIONAL TRUST to provide quality technical education and fostering research and development in Engineering education. All UG and eligible PG Programmes follows Outcome Based Education under NEP 2020. The College was having a recognized Research & Development Cell and collaborative research activities were carried out in par with industries and professional bodies. The institute, Ramireddy Subbarami Reddy Engineering College was successfully accredited by NAAC with a score of 3.17 CGPA with ‘A’ grade and awarded in ARIIA 2021 RANKINGS under the category of “BAND PROMISING”. College is located 14 kilometres from the Kavali, Nellore district on Chennai – Kolkata National Highway (NH-16).

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Training and Placement Officer in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate the placement process, including organizing recruitment drives, preparing placement materials, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements, including their job profiles, companies, and salary details.
- Assist in developing and updating training and placement materials, including brochures, presentations, and online resources.
- Respond to inquiries from students, employers, and other stakeholders regarding training and placement opportunities.
- Conduct research on industry trends and job market demands to provide guidance to students.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and job expos. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing the training and placement activities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline).
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the field of training and placement is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
