Candidate Profile:

For Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured training sessions focused on Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Skills, tailored to the assessment patterns of major IT and service-based companies.
  • Develop and administer practice sets, company-specific mock tests, and sectional quizzes to simulate real test environments.
  • Track company-wise aptitude trends and continuously update content and strategies based on latest hiring patterns.
  • Provide guidance and practice for GATE/ SSC /CGL-level aptitude and reasoning sections.
  • Conduct mock tests, practice sets, and doubt-solving sessions.
  • Mentor students one-on-one to strengthen weak areas and boost exam performance.

Skills Required:

  • Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Problem-Solving Techniques.
  • Prior experience in preparing students for campus placement drives, mass recruitment tests, or IT company assessments.
  • Prior experience in coaching students for GATE, SSC-CGL, Banking, or other competitive exams is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
  • Proficient in teaching problem-solving strategies.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate students.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for content delivery and student tracking

For Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training on communication skills, personality development, resume writing, group discussions, and interview preparation.
  • Teach and reinforce fundamentals of English grammar with a focus on practical usage in speaking and writing, including sentence structure, tenses, articles, prepositions, and subject-verb agreement.
  • Conduct interactive activities like spoken English practice, public speaking, JAM, debates, and role plays to develop fluency and confidence.
  • Facilitate mock interviews, GD simulations, and email writing exercises aligned with corporate communication standards.
  • Provide individual feedback and mentoring sessions to help students identify areas for improvement and track progress over time.

Skills Required:

  • Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly Proficiency in conducting grammar exercises, spoken English practice, and error correction activities
  • Capable of creating a positive, interactive learning environment that builds student confidence
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and mentoring skills
  • Experience in preparing students for corporate roles, placements, and professional communication

TECHNICAL SKILLS TRAINER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on, practical training in programming languages, databases, and core computer
    science subjects to prepare students for technical placement rounds and coding interviews.
  • Design and execute project-based learning modules aligned with current industry demands, recruitment trends, and company-specific technical assessments.
  • Conduct coding interview preparation sessions including algorithmic thinking and system design basics.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, live projects, and mock coding tests. Provide mentoring and support to help students enhance problem-solving speed and code quality

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, C/C++. (Preferably Java)
  • Strong understanding of DSA, OOP, DBMS, OS,
  • Familiarity with coding platforms (LeetCode, HackerRank)\ Basic knowledge of full-stack development and version control
  • Effective communication and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for training delivery and student evaluation
