Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person from the districts of Trunelveli, Tenkasi, Kanyakumari & Thoothukudi to lead our Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, accreditation, and academic administration.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IQAC activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance systems.
• Facilitate NAAC accreditation and other quality assessments like NBA.
• Collaborate with departments for quality improvement.
• Prepare reports and documents for UGC Autonomous Status.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering discipline.
• Experience in academic administration with proficiency in MS office.
• Strong knowledge of NAAC accreditation and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Salary: 3.6 LPA
