Roles & Responsibilities
General:
- Willingness to explore new areas of research and integrate emerging trends.
- Ability to publish research in high-impact management journals.
- Skill in preparing successful grant proposals to secure research funding.
- Knowledge of funding sources in the field of management studies.
- Strong presentation skills for conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Specific:
- Should have a proven publication record in Scopus/Web of Science. ADBC journals.
- Should have articles in the publication pipeline in various stages such as few articles in the topic identification stage, few in the data collection stage, submitted and accepted for publication
- Familiarity with technology tools and platforms relevant to management research, data analysis, and teaching such as Structural Equation Modelling, SPSS, NVivo.

Required Skills:
- Experience in working in research projects
- Identify and pursue external funding opportunities to support research projects.
- Prepare and submit grant proposals, ensuring compliance with funding agency guidelines.
Qualification:
BBM/BBA (OR) MBA or any Management Sciences related field And PhD in the same.

0-8 Years experience
