Research Area: Thin Film Devices viz., photosensors, gas sensors, piezoelectric sensors, solar cells, flexible devices, etc.
Essential Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/ Medical Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/relevant discipline with CGPA > 8.5 & valid GATE score. For students from CFTI, GATE score is NOT mandatory.
OR
M.E/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Biomedical Engineering/ Medical Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Nano Technology/ relevant discipline with minimum of 6.5 CGPA from any recognized University/Institute.
Stipend: INR 38,000 + HRA per month without GATE/NET score holders* (*subject to fund availability)
