Role Overview: 

Director–School of Management will spearhead NAMTECH’s Management School,  integrating management education with engineering, digital innovation, and real-world  industry practice. The role is central to nurturing leaders capable of driving technology enabled business strategies, entrepreneurship, and organizational transformation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Leadership 

• Shape the School’s vision and roadmap aligned with global trends in technology driven management education. 
• Enhance the School’s brand through innovation, research, and strategic corporate  engagement. 
• Drive internationalization, collaborations, and long-term academic growth  initiatives. 

2. Academic and Program Excellence 

• Lead interdisciplinary programs across management, analytics, finance,  marketing, HR, operations, and emerging tech-driven business domains. • Ensure world-class academic quality, accreditation readiness, and continuous  pedagogical innovation. 
• Promote learner-centric, experiential, and digital-first teaching methodologies.

3. Industry Integration & Applied Innovation 

• Forge strong partnerships with corporations, startups, and industry consortia for  internships, live projects, and executive programs. 
• Drive applied research, consulting, and industry-led innovation in emerging  business technologies. 
• Foster entrepreneurship, incubation programs, and real-world problem-solving  initiatives. 

4. Faculty & Operational Leadership 

• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of faculty and  academic teams. 
• Oversee budgets, resources, and operational efficiency to support academic and  research excellence. 
• Enhance student employability, career outcomes, and professional growth through  industry-aligned learning

Qualifications & Experience: 

• PhD in Management, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Computer Science, Electronics, or  related technology-driven fields. 
• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in academia and/or industry,  including leadership roles. 
• Strong expertise in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and  technology-enabled business strategy. 
• Proven record in strategic leadership, interdisciplinary program development, and  industry-academia collaboration.
