Position: Academic Coordinator

Job Location: Needamangalam, Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu

Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any subject, B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred.

Experience & Eligibility:

• Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Matriculation schools
• At least 3–5 years of experience in academic leadership roles (Coordinator / Vice Principal)
• Strong knowledge of the Matriculation syllabus and examination patterns

• Academic supervision and classroom observation skills
• Teacher mentoring and professional development capability

• Ability to manage teachers across all grades
