Qualifications: 

• Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST Candidates – As Applicable) in the specialization of Marketing Management or Financial Management MBA in Management or Finance from a reputed institution such as IIMs or equivalent nationally/internationally recognized universities/institutions.
• Candidates should have cleared UGC Net / State Level Eligibility examination in the subject as applicable.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research, evidenced by publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (Scopus/Web of Science indexed preferred).
• Candidates with relevant industry or consulting experience and contributions to executive education or management development programmes will be given preference.

Remuneration: 

• As per UGC norms and the University’s regulations. Higher remuneration may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
