Job Title: Research Associate-I
Title of the Project: Design and fabrication of fully digital MODEM and FIFO buffer for Indian long range (i-LoRa) application for the consortium project: ML enabled RISC-V based i-LoRa SOC for forest event monitoring
Qualification:
- PhD or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after ME/MTech with at least 1 research paper in SCI journal
- Knowledge of VLSI design, EDA tools, and tapeout
Job Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Pay Scale: Fellowship will be @ INR 58000/- p.m. and accommodation as per institute norms.
