Qualification:
School of Sciences (Mathematics):
Essential: First Class in both UG and PG in the relevant discipline and Ph.D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline.
Electronics & Communication Engineering:
Essential: First Class in both B.Tech. and M.Tech. or equivalent in respective branch of Engineering or allied branches.
Desirable: Ph. D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline.
School of Humanities (Management):
Essential: First Class in B.Tech. (any branch of Engineering) and First Class in MBA (Full time) or equivalent. Or First class in Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline) with First Class in M.Com. (Full-time) and First Class in MBA (Full time) or equivalent.
Desirable: Ph. D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline.
Computer Science and Engineering:
Essential: First Class in both B.Tech. and M.Tech. or equivalent in respective branch of Engineering or allied branches. Desirable: Ph.D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline.

Remuneration:
- Consolidated amount of Rs.60,000/- per month with Ph.D. qualification
- Consolidated amount of Rs.50,000/- per month with M.Tech/ M.phill./ MBA qualification

Note: The engagement is purely temporary and will be terminated by 31.05.2023.
General Instruction:
- The candidates are required to bring updated ‘Resume’ along with original certificates pertaining to educational qualifications starting from matriculation and onwards, Caste certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable) along with a set of self-attested Photocopies and two-recent passport size photographs.
- Engagement of Adhoc Faculty will be based on a Physical interview in presence of a duly constituted Selection Committee. No online interviews shall be permitted.
- No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
- The posts notified above are on an Ad-hoc basis and are purely temporary.
- Upon selection, the candidate has to join the Institute immediately
- All correspondence will be sent through e-mail only.
- Except where the contract shall automatically terminate and/or before completion of the service of the contract for 30 days, the contract of appointment can be prematurely terminated by either party giving at least 30 days notice period.
- Upon availability, accommodation at the institute guest house shall be provided to candidates by the concerned officials at the Atidl Guest House, NIT Andhra Pradesh at the time of arrival on a payment basis (as per room category and other norms) for a maximum of 03 days.
- Also, upon the availability, single-seater accommodation at the institute hostel shall be provided by the Office of Chief Warden, NIT Andhra Pradesh at the time of arrival on a payment basis @ Rs. 150/- per day per person to a maximum of 03 days.
- The food facility is available either in the canteen or hostel mess on a payment basis at the time of stay on campus to attend an interview.
