Essential Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a Ph.D. degree in engineering from a recognized university, specifically in the areas of computer science, electronics, and communication engineering with evidence of quality published work, industry collaboration, research grants and research guidance. Candidate must have at least 60% mark in the master’s program and a minimum of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration experience in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), as set out in the UGC Regulation for direct recruitment of Professors in Colleges.
