Organization Profile: National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) is an autonomous body of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India. The Centre is a premier organisation for education, training, R&D and consultancy in IT and electronics. The history of NIELIT dates back to 1974 when the Department of Electronics (DoE) now Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MCIT), Govt. of India and the University Grants Commission (UGC) set up the first CEDT within the premises of Indian Institute of Science (IISc.), Bangalore with assistance from Swiss Development Corporation.
Job Title: Lab Engineer
1.Name of the Project : Electronics & ICT Academy Scheme -Phase II
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/ECE/EEE and allied branches
Experience: Electrical/ Power Electronics Domains
Preferred Skill:
- C Programming, Knowledge of Microcontrollers & its programming. Knowledge of Computer Networking etc.
- Good knowledge in Electronics/ Electrical fundamentals/ PCB Design etc.
- Aptitude to learn and contribute towards development of top notch professional quality content for Instruction Enhancement Programs.
Remuneration CTC(per month): As per norms of the Institute (Rs 25,000 – 30,000 ) based on qualification, experience and performance in the interview. Eligible for yearly increment as per norms of the Institute.
2.Name of the Project : Chip to Startup (C2S) Program
Qualification:
- Essential : B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics/ECE/EEE/CSE and allied branches.
- Desirable : M.E/ M.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE or PG Diploma in Embedded System
Experience: Embedded System Domains
Preferred Skill:
- C, C++ Programming, MATLAB, Knowledge of Microcontrollers & its programming. Knowledge of Computer Networking, IoT, Working experience with Linux OS, RTOS etc.
- Aptitude to learn and contribute towards development of top-notch
Remuneration CTC(per month): As per norms of the Institute (Rs 25,000 – 45,000 ) based on qualification, experience and performance in the interview. Eligible for yearly increment as per norms of the Institute.
Duration of engagement: One year, extendable up to the end of project period based on the performance (co-terminus with the project)
