Qualification:
- Resident Medical Officer (RMO): MBBS with experience of 5 years or above. Selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring the hospital functioning alter routine duty hours. Candidate should be willing to stay within the campus, for which furnished accommodation will be provided.Age: Preferably 40 years and above.
- Head – Human Resources (HR): MBA (IIR) or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end IIR functions in large healthcare/educational institutions.
Key Skills: Medical and NMC Compliance and leadership training. - Head – Biomedical Department: B.E/B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent with above 5 years of proven experience in biomedical equipment management in a tertiary care hospital. Key Skills: Operation & maintenance of biomedical equipment, vendor management. regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
- Head – Stores Department: Graduate/ Postgraduate with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics. 5 years of experience in managing hospital stores and inventory. Key Skills: Inventory control, procurement, vendor negotiation. digital stock management, and audit compliance.
- Administrative Officer for Medical College: Any degree with good administrative skills. knowledge in computer and shorthand with a minimum 5 years of work experience in a medical college or corporate hospital under Chief Executive Officer would be desirable.
